Sparks from that heater would be rare if non-existent, so dust on the floor wouldn't be an issue. Feb 19, 2008 · Look at your rocker panels, so many of them are full of bondo. My old ones weighed in at 40# each. The new ones weigh in about 2.5 #s each. Also, look at the front body support. The ones that Classic is making, look like they are made of boiler plate, compared to the orig. It really makes a difference to have the stronger body supports.

Reason being, hot water rises to the top of the boiler, exits the boiler, goes to the side arm heater where it cools, becomes heavier and falls back to the lower, cooler, area of the boiler.

Nov 12, 2011 · a large hinge shaft across the top of the boiler, and a winch winds the "scoop" up from the floor, and slides the wood in. If you make it without high sides, maybe 1" high at most, you could probably leave it attached in the down position, and step right on/over it to attend to the boiler. Sort of like the "log lift" on some splitters.
